Habiba hand Weaving, Luxor

This is a truly amazing place. I was here with my family and we saw how they were hand weaving with a traditional loom as the workshop is in the room next to the shop. The place is supported by UNESCO. We came back twice during our stay in Luxor. I bought linen pants, a woven jacket and a hand woven shirt. Everything was perfectly custom tailored to my size (I'm almost 2 meters tall) and one can see and feel the high quality of the fabric. In addition they custom tailored a gift for my 2 year old daughter and my mother in law bought some scarves as well. If you are looking for high quality fair trade clothing and textiles with fair prices I highly recommend this place on your trip to Luxor. I'll be back.
