The Spa at Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa, Luxor

I recently stayed at this hotel , the facilities are beautiful, the furniture needs upgrading as this time around some were broken , but the most important thing that i have to share is the fact that my friend an ex employee of this hotel chain got treated like garbage . She was asked to leave the premises because she had helped me planned an event while I was in the USA. While she was working there she was an exemplary employee and she is the reason as to why my event was spectacular. It is a shame that you expect the best from such recognized chain of hotels, specially if they abide by the same regulations as the USA. Now I will never return to this place and will let all my 40 guest know that this is now a recommended place, as the treatment of the current management of a not amiable and customer service adequate .

Hotel is situated directly on the Nile, with beautiful sunsets every evening. While it is true that the rooms are a little dated, the beds were comfortable and the view from our balcony of the Nile was very nice. Overall the hotel is quite peaceful, as it is really relaxing laying on a hammock or patio chair and watch boats travel up and down the river. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the Thursday night buffet dinner along the Nile with the live entertainment was enjoyable for my entire family. Overall we were very pleased we stayed at the Hilton Luxor.

Great hotel, very new, modern and above all very clean. Great staff. Right next to the Nile river and has a very nice pool (also very clean) with plenty of chairs for laying in the sun. They also have a very nice free breakfast buffet. We had Nile river view rooms for a small upcharge - I just wish the balcony was a bit bigger - no room to sit only to stand. Great a/c and good shower with plenty of hot water. You can't go wrong with this hotel.

Fabulous!! The food, the Service, the pool, scenery, the rooms, and hotel decor. Was all amazing I definitely want to visit Luxor and this hotel again. Olives customized a lovely cake for my best friends birthday and treated us so well. The shuttle isn’t complimentary which was a bit of a downer. And the shops people were a bit much and it seemed as if they were overcharging for some items. But they had a lovely selection of gift/souvenirs. There was lady in one shop who had descent priced souvenirs that we racked up in. And we loved the beautiful people, we wish we stayed their our entire time in Luxor. They also have a list of tours in Luxor at the hotel. That are prices way cheaper than anything we saw online. So ask the hotel about those before booking any tours.

My mom and I never wanted to leave the resort from the moment we checked in. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially the woman manger (forgot her name) who goes around in the evening checking on customer’s experience! The spa area infinity pool overlooking the Nile is magical at sunset! The photos will literally make you seem like you’re in the Nile. The spa area staff are extremely attentive bringing fresh towels and cooling towels whenever you need it. The fresh juice and smoothie were really good in the spa area as well! The buffet and restaurant were DELICIOUS! I definitely plan to return to this location specifically in the future!
