Once again I would like to thank Castle Zaman for an unforgettable time and delicious meal. The portion were very generous and perfectly prepared. We opted for Fish for a light lunch. My German friends were so impressed by the quality and service that they will come each time they are in Sinai. Thank you 🙏😃

One of the best spots I have been to. Food is impressively great, very friendly team and specially Lucy! She’s always making sure that everyone is having their best time. Castle Zaman is simply stunning. The view is amazing from up there, and the vibe and the ambiance of the place are great. They're a bit pricey but if you factor in that you get to use the pool and have an almost day use there, then it's alright. All their meat dishes are out of their world and quite consistent. The fish dishes are alright but for me they're not worth the price.

This is one of the best places I have been on Sinai. And I have been there many times since 20 years. This place is a perfect design combination of western 5🌟 and traditional bedouin feeling. Thank you Lucy and Hany for keeping this place so beautiful and relaxing ❤️🙏
