Since 2013, I’ve had the pleasure of being a 2nd degree undergrad student, graduate student, dietetic intern, adjunct lecturer, AND the in-campus dietitian at Lehman College. I can’t say enough good things about the Lehman community. Not everything is always perfect, but I’ve absolutely loved—and continue to love—interacting and engaging with students, faculty, staff, and leadership. The campus itself is beautiful, self-contained within 37 acres, with a variety of flora and fauna as well as an underground system of pathways to facilitate travel to and from buildings during inclement weather. Conveniently located near the green and orange subway lines and within walking distance from many eateries and convenience places.

I’m kind of surprised to see the low reviews. Seems more of a personal issue with some of them. Lehman College is a great school for students looking to major in psychology, nursing or performing arts. They have a great environment before and after the pandemic. I think that it became slower after the pandemic, but everyone is doing their best to get back to what it was. I am very proud of the development of Lehman College and it’s effort to become better. As a proud CUNY student, I believe they provided most of the resources that they can offer from the spaces (APEX/Student Life Building/Library/cafeteria room, etc.) to their assistance in learning (writing lab/tutoring/etc.). Also, their Spanish food is so good.

Attended a play at the theater, and it is a great location to watch any production. Clean, spacious, and no bad seats. I will definitely come again.

Lehman College is one of the four colleges I went to. It was my first choice and I was not disappointed. They have every course of study for multiple career choices. I was a Printmaking major with English minor. The campus is an absolute treasure and the gym with it's Olympic size swimming pool where several Olympic contenders practiced is a dream come true for anyone who loves swimming. There's more than one parking lot along with multiple on street parking. Restaurants are everywhere around the campus and public transportation is at just about every corner. There's a great venue for performing arts where many worldwide performances are held. You will not go wrong by choosing Lehman College as your college of choice... especially when a full-time course is paid for by the state. All city colleges are free when taking a 12 credit full-time course.

Went to see El Gran Combo on their 60th Anniversary concert. WONDERFUL SHOW!!! Lehman college always brings the greatest talents. Very clean Performing Arts Center. Great experience!
