I agree, it's a scam. I paid for a gift voucher for Christmas 2021 for my children and they were never able to have the massage. No answer on the phone. noted. At the addresses mentioned in Anglet and Bayonns, there is no spa!!! I haven't been to St Jean de Luz but it must be the same.

Warning Scam!!! The company does not exist, the massages, the opinions, the premises. Everything is false. I bought a duo service with my partner via the website, never heard from them despite multiple calls. And the real manager of the premises where the company is supposedly domiciled confirmed it to me orally: it's a SCAM.
