We had a fabulous day learning about the Segway and getting confident with it. Before long we were able to get out and about with our lovely guide, Alexia, where she explained a long of the history of Annecy. It was such a fun experience. We would definitely do this again.

Very enjoyable guided tour on Segway with the young, smiling and gentle Lilly who is patient and interactive. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Segway. The tour in the morning is very nice. I recommend this guided tour.

Great tour of the lake conducted with humour and insight. Would have given 5 stars had i received the promised photos that were taken by our guide. I haven’t, and because she told us that she would send them I didn’t take photos of my own. Following my comment about not receiving the photos, I’m delighted to say that our guide got in touch with me and sent the pictures. Impressive service and equally impressive that the company takes time to read their reviews. I’ve upped my rating to 5 stars and might even have given them 6 if that had been available. Thumbs way up 👍

Excellent Segway tour, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and her English was superb. She was careful and considerate and did an excellent job of making us all feel included, both French and English, would highly recommend.
