Chateau de Beaugency, Beaugency

A place were modern and ancien time meet, well preserved, this Castel will bring you a positive and good vibe. Since July 13, 2021, The Château de Beaugency is a digital art center which hosts a permanent exhibition of digital creations on the theme “Arts, Sciences and Heritage”. Adult 10 €, Youth between 6 and 11 years old 6 €, Child - 6 years old 0 €, Young people aged 12-18, students, job seekers, holders of a disability card, accompanying person 8€, Family pass 28 €, Totally worth it.

Beautiful castle with an amazing light exhibition. One of the best I’ve seen.

Well... if you get the combined ticket with Meug-sur-loire (which is much more better for me) and if you were planning to pass by then it worths. Otherwise it is a bit too small, not a lot to see for the price. The discount tickets are still not cheap. The cool thing is their VR applications on tab for free that allow you to see the castle as it was in the old time.

Went to the Van Gough exhibition. As a foreigner, it was a lot of fun visiting the castle and walking through the light show. Gave me chills! Beautiful garden as you exit Beaugency. 🌷 The staff is very friendly, the gift shop is very cute, and the ice cream they served was refreshing on a hot, summer day.

Small but interesting museum, I would have rated 4-star, if the receptionist wasn’t that annoying.
