We stumbled across this museum quite by chance and were very pleasantly surprised. We completely immersed ourselves in childhood. There are some very interesting tools and materials to see. We enjoyed discovering or rediscovering everything with a certain nostalgia. It is small but it plunges us into the past and reminds us of our childhood and that of our parents and grandparents and it is a pleasure.

If you are in the city of Carcassonne, you really have to stop at the School Museum, what a nice surprise to pass through the classes of our childhood and even see our ancestors. All the details of the time give memories. We talk about it with our children "before it was like this, like that... They discover, The pen writing class (we all loved it) but what I preferred was the library... Certainly we can't touch it, but congratulations to the museum for keeping its books, and for putting all its details as if we were taking a leap back.. 5 Stars deserved
