This was a great morning out for a family of three, even in the heat of August. Most of the animals seemed well kept and exhibited few symptoms of boredom you would normally see in a zoo. The variety was quite astounding. Be prepared for a fair bit of uphill walking - around 200m - but you are constantly distracted from the climb by the animal pens. Be prepared that a few of the animals may be sleeping during the heat of the day. Not a cheap visit, but our 10-year-old daughter loved it.

Long walks no water or toilets during the walk. Nice range of animals. Some in nice conditions, some not.

Beautiful landscape, nice walk, and fun activities along the walk for kids. Nice animals that are easily spotted and friendly, but some cages seem a bit tight for big animals and some of them looked in a bad shape
