  • As a past reviewer has said there is not a lot to do in the lovely village of Clamecy. The beautiful building of Collegiale Saint Martin built in 12 to 16th century is well worth a visit.

  • The Saint-Martin church is a Catholic church located in the French department of Nièvre, in the commune of Clamecy in France . The building has been classified as a historical monument since 1840 . The church has its origins in the 13th century although the tower and the facade which dominate its appearance today were re-built in the early 16th century century in the 'flamboyant gothic' style with ornate stonework including some gargoyles and an imposing entranceway, the stonework of the rose window and the carved stone on the tower to the right of the facade.
  • Beautiful church with a magnificent facade and stunning stained glass windows. Well worth seeing.
  • This is a big catholic church in Clamecy. There's enough space to park your cars. The Sunday "messe" is ready at 11h00 am
  • Very beautiful flamboyant facade full of details! We never stop discovering it. You have to see this facade at the end of the day with the light of the setting sun, it's superb. The interior, interesting, seems a little dark and cold by contrast. One of the finest early Renaissance churches in the region, well worth a stop in Clamecy.
  • Beautiful collegiate church, we don't stop turning around once in the town center of Clamecy. It looks huge from the outside. Its porch is worth a look and deserves some attention. The interior is much smaller than the structure suggests.
