  • Full of art from the outside architecture and inside the exhibitions are unbelievable every room has their own personality and essence from the floor to the roof if you are in the city you have to visit this gorgeous museum full of master pieces dedicate at least one hour and thirty minutes to fully see it 🇫🇷 Dijo Art museum
  • If you are interested in the Dukes of Burgundy, this is the place for you, particularly for the Middle Ages. The lay out can be confusing but the staff is helpful and will get you back on track. Also, it is free!
  • The beaux arts museum is a must in Dijon. Beautifully laid out with strong collections of medieval and 17th to 18th century art. Pictures show a remarkable statue by Bouchard.
  • Palace turned into a museum. There were a lot of amazing pieces of artwork and artifacts. The tombs were especially beguiling in their intricacies and detailing. I am continually awed by the workmanship and craftsmanship. I can barely write cursive anymore and couldn’t imagine wielding a carving tool to chisel out lace and filigree. I will stick to tapping on a keyboard and come back here to see the mastery of yesterday’s.
  • Don't hesitate to make a free visit to the Museum of Beaux Arts. You won't be disappointed!
