Champagne Collard-Picard, Epernay

Great place for having champagne and relaxing at the terrace! Great variety of tasting by glass (on average 8-10 Euro) or wine tasting options (Proxy 20-24 Euro for 3 glasses). Very friendly people, highly recommend!

Great tasting of a wide variety of champagne. Servers are very nice but the lines can get quite long as the walk up bar is very small.

We visited the tasting room a couple of weeks ago and tried 6 different wines. All of them were excellent examples of the various styles. Special thanks the the woman who took very good care of two Americans that don’t know how to speak French. In addition to being very knowledgeable about each cuvée, she was very friendly and helpful.

We randomly walked into this domain when stroling over avenue de champagne. Not knowing the house - let alone any of the champagnes - we were surprised by how good the tasting was. Day 1 we had the 'classy' set of champagne tasters, including one of our newfound favorites 'dom Picard'. We went back to try the base class champagnes the day after, and have to conclude it is one of the best quality houses we've tried so far. Very honest prices for the tasters as well, bottles are honest I'd say. There are some snacks - nice quality but perhaps a tad more expensive than other places. Mostly recommended for the tastings they offer, and that comes highly recommended even.
