The Disney Gallery, Marne-la-Vallee

We picked a Minnie Mouse statue from the shelf that we really liked and placed it on the counter to pay. At the same time, our baby started crying and we had to turn our attention to her. In this moment of inattention, the employee behind the counter switched Minnie Mouse to a Mickey Mouse statue instead and wrapped it. We didn't discover this until we got to the hotel room, and we had no plans to go back to Disneyland during our holiday. The return train ticket would also have cost the same as the statue if we were to travel there again to exchange it for the one we picked off the shelf. I therefore contacted the customer service of Disneyland Paris (since the store has no contact information), but they just replied arrogantly that we should have discovered this when it happened. I thought it was a great store with nice staff and great products, but I can only give one star when we have received the wrong product and they show no interest in finding a solution.

I bought this amazing Kylo Ren statue there last weekend! It was originally 99 euros, but 50% off, so I had to! The person whom was serving me seemed to have difficulty understanding what I meant at fist, maybe because their English was off (or I just spoke that badly?) but in the end I got my statue and I love it to bits! The store itself is amazingly decorated with so many things I wanted.

Really amazing little shop! Has a model of Sleeping beauty castle inside! Staff are really nice as well!

The Disney Gallery is a shop located at the Disney Village. They have Vinylmation, Disney themed Art, sculptures of Famous Disney characters, books and many beautiful stuffs at affordable prices! The upstairs houses a model of the Castle of the Sleeping Beauty. Worth a look even if you do not want to spend.

Picked up some nice Nike future world themed clothes here, “parachute pants”. Great shop not to be missed
