Castel Plage, Nice

Nothing sparkling but the fact that it is on the beach and has a nice view. We had a 3 steps menu. But desert was not to choose, we couldn’t have millefeuille even though was on the menu. Food was ok’ish, trying to make a value for the money. Staff was ok, but our waiter was distracted or ignorant.

Ceviche was good, but beef almost inedible. Little pricey. Ordered a dessert from the menu, but when the rest of the table got their dessert - it turned out that they didn’t have mine and they forgot my coffee. At that price the service was a bit inattentive.

Merci beaucoup pour le magnifique dîner !!!!! Amazing location! Fantastic service! Delicious food! I had the slipper lobster with linguini and my husband had the tartar. Both melted in your mouth. The atmosphere, decor and music were all great. Highly recommend to others and we will definitely return when in Nice next time.

Food was good, but you will be paying a bit more for the location. Staff was very friendly and even moved an umbrellato provide more shade.

Best place on the plage to enjoy a beautiful afternoon. Chairs are 25€ (no complaints), food and drinks are very reasonable given the context. Waves can be a bit crazy depending on the weather. Most importantly, Baba, our server, was the highlight of our trip. He was so positive, fun, engaging and overall made our time spent here an absolute joy for 4 days in a row. Ask for him and you will understand. Á bientôt !
