    Really nice church that is very sizeable but difficult to enter. It’s worth walking around but better admired from a distance.

    In the 1830's France had a cholera epidemic and it threatened Nice. and those in charge put Nice under the protection of Madonna of Graces and built a church starting in 1835 and completed 17 years...

    Found the parish by accident. It was not a plan of my travel however it attracted me to come inside. Peaceful and quite place.

    Gorgeous Church in a tranquil park area. Also called Church of the Vow, is a beautiful church in Neoclassical style. Built as thanks to the Virgin for protecting the city from cholera epidemic, 1832. Inspired by Pallado's Italian Renaissance style, opened by Bishop Dominique Galvano, 1852. The white marble statue by Giovanni Panni crowned the façade. There's a painting inside the church by Gaspard Hauser that represents Notre-Dame des Grâces. Small but gorgeous church.
