Poterie du Nebbio, Oletta

We stopped in here a couple of times while staying nearby on our honeymoon. The ceramicist is a wonderful craftsman who took so much time to show us his work and process. He's a philosopher too! We thought the prices were extremely reasonable and were so happy we got some bowls and mugs here as it turned out to be the nicest pottery we saw in our 3 week road trip around Corsica. The artist even gave us a beautiful bowl as a wedding present! (He also gave us great recommendations of places to visit in the area while we were there.) Would highly recommend a stop in here. It's a special place.

Beautiful pottery made with the heart. The master of the place is brilliant and you really have to take the time to discuss with him. In a word, we don't just go to his house to buy an object but also to enjoy a little moment of humanity. We will come back to buy other birds carrying good vibes! 😄
