    Less than 50 minutes from Lyon (by car) great nature and wonderful view with a huge BUT. The park is perfect for trekking but from Pelussin, the main village in the area, informations are really bad.....  more

    Beautiful scenery in the Park Natural area of Mont Pilat. An easy hike to the Cascade. Rated a 2 out of 5 on difficulty. There are rocky areas of the trail , so use CAUTION! Can easily sprain an ankle. Get out and enjoy this scenic region of France. A.P.

    What a beautiful Park ! Just next to Lyon. Beautiful hiking trails, water falls, sunset view point & as well as sunrise view point. Don't forget to taste the local cheese & wine. An excellent get away for the weekend.

    Nature at its best...Great area for walking and motorbike. A breathtaking view almost 360 ° over the entire region with a view of the Alps on clear days.

    Fantastic natural park in the middle of France. Lots great activities all around the year! Check out the pretty view lately after a snowy day. You can even see the Mont Blanc very well. Enjoy!
