La Grande Arche de La Defense, La Defense

I liked arch and the district of Paris where it's located - Defence. It's another Paris - modern and you feel like you're somewhere in Dubai or any other modern cities. I was there during the weekend and there almost were no people,so I had a great walk and enjoyed this place.

Nice to see if you're in the area. Got some really nice pictures of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Gave only 4 stars because at €15 you should be able to come back at night with the same ticket.

The esplanade area is spacious and grand. Serves as a nice breathing space for all the tall commercial buildings around it. A unique urban gesture that reflects modern city planning. Many shopping options around as well.

It is not the most visited tourist attraction in Paris but it is worth seeing it. Grande Arche de la Defense is visible from many places. It is located in modern business part of Paris. It impressed me by it's size, it looks much smaller from the distance. There are great views from it's stairs and it is on the direct Metro connection from big Florida attractions like Louvre museum or Champs Elysees street.

A nice area if you make it out this far. There is a ton of shopping and restaurants. It's very modern and like a transportation hub. The arch itself is cool, it's massive and makes you appreciate architectural design. This area seems like a very techy downtown area.
