Chateau Gaudrelle, Rochecorbon

It was an Impromptu visit after a meeting in Châtellerault. Even though the tour schedule had past, the wine marker allowed us to self visit their vineyard which was a hill climb about 5-10 mins drive up. We had much fun searching for the fruits and taking photos. After which we went back to the wine factory for a wonder English guided wine tasting, giving us a great in-depth understanding of the different types of wines and their tastes. A wonderful place for meeting great people with fantastic wines at an amazing price!

Very nice winery. We stopped by unannounced. But all the time was taken to let us taste the white wines and the cremant. Clear explanation. Theo work with passion here. What was a nice bonus is that the lady spoke English very well. The wines also have a good price-quality ratio. Between 10 and 18 euro

Out of all of the tours we did in the Loire, this was by far the best. Very fun and informative and the wines were excellent. The food pairing with the rillettes and the cheese was also well worth it. Thank you :)

We had a great visit and tasting. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate about wine making, the area, and the vineyard. We saw some of the vineyard, the cave and winemaking, and had a tasting with cheese etc. Definitely recommend! Thanks!

We went there during Easter and Charlotte did the tour. She was amazing - fluent in both English and Spanish. Learned so much, plus the wines we sampled were all delicious. We went back home with two bottles but I wish I'd taken more!
