Just completed a 200 TTC training and it went beyond my expectations. I loved every single moment of these 3 weeks. The quality of the training was very professional. The beautiful surroundings creates the perfect environment for a total yoga immersion. A huge thank you to Corinne and Jamal who go above and beyond to make this experience unique. Highly recommend it.

My yoga retreat at Asana Playa on the friendly island of St. Martin was AMAZING. My teacher, Fabienne, was trained in India and truly eats, breathes and LIVES in the yogi ways. She provided fantastic yoga practice 2x a day and an evening meditation on the beach at sunset! I felt like she “totally got me” and the stresses I was trying to work on in my life. We talked for hours, which brought me so much calm. Jamal and Myrtille provided a lovely island home as well as delicious and nutritious meals daily. They graciously allowed me to stay a few extra days when there was an issue with my next place (AirBnB). Day trips with Jamal for the week included: Marigot for a kombucha workshop, Philipsburg for sightseeing and shopping, Pinel Island for morning yoga and beach time and a hike along the rocky coast with gorgeous views. Other things I was educated on included: my Ayurvedic composition and the best foods for my type; the chakras of the body and their colors, meanings and how to balance them. I was treated like family and made lifelong friends. This was an all encompassing yoga experience that exceeded my expectations. I will never forget my time at Asana Playa!! 🧘🏻‍♀️💜🌊🌴☀️

Coninspire is a little haven in the world. Such a breathtaking location in the south of France. Just being there allowed me to breathe more easy. Residential yoga courses there will allow you to feel at home as you study and practice deeper into the tradition of yoga. The perfect location for a Yoga teacher training residential, With a beautiful contrast of indian and french cuisine on offer, masala chai became a sweet indulgent treat theoughout the course. Like the food a fusion of east and west instructors brings a balance to the teachings in the course creating a well thought out schedule to bring traditional indian style yoga and philosophy with the a western twist to compliment the times.

During the Summer of 2017, I had the amazing opportunity to do my 200 hour yoga teacher training with coinspire in the village St. Cezaire in the south of France. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I learned so much from the program and much of what I learned I continue to practice here in America. Corinne, who runs the program is a gracious host and amazing vegetarian cook. Furthermore, both Asana teachers, Emma and Vijay are exceptional yogis who taught me so much. I think of St. Cezaire everyday and the wonderful people I encountered on my journey. The river is also an amazing retreat, which is just a brief hike away... so beautiful! I hope to return soon! J🌞

Vijay is one of the best teachers I have ever had. His approach to teaching yoga comes with experiential learning and a holistic outlook. The teachings have assisted me developing myself multidimensionally within my life.
