AN Rafting Morvan, Saint-Martin-du-Puy

We did rafting as a family for the first time and we had a fantastic time. The Morvan team were great as we were the only Non French speaking family and they ensured we were with an instructor who spoke English. Jordan was a great instructor and we had loads of fun as well as feeling really safe in his hands. It was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday

We had a great time with AN Rafting. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had total confidence in our guide, Laurent. The rafting experience itself did not disappoint, and it was more than enough action for our group. On AN Rafting's recommendation we stopped off afterwards at La Brassycoise M&M and we had a tasty lunch. It was a very fun day and we can recommend this operation without hesitation.

Good value for money, but you really should not match an instructor who does not speak English with customers who do not speak French (or advertise it differently on your website). At some point I was ready to leave the raft because Pierre was being incredibly rude. I guess he noticed and dialed it down a bit. The girls at the check in were absolutely lovely and the other instructors seemed fine, I would even say fun. So maybe we were just unlucky with the instructor.

Really bad costumer service. We went to the location, there we made an agreement for rafting on Sunday. They told us that they would contact us Saturday morning, we heard nothing. We called them later on the day and we got to hear everything was cancelled.

professional service, you get a wetsuit, shoes, life jacket and helmet. You only have to wear swimwear underneath, you can leave the key to your car at the reception. It's a cool descent with some serious waterfalls, but also a lot of quiet parts. Highly recommended for beginners!!
