  • Amazing Gorge. Makes Cheddar look like a crack. Worth a visit. Was no traffic at 7pm today, early June.
  • Beautiful gorge, especially in the quiet season, with views to leave you in awe.
  • One can chose to simple drive through or to find an improvised parking to have a stroll down to the riverbed. Nature created something spectacular here.
  • I drove through the gorge both ways with a right hand drive long wheel base ford tourneo from the reasonably priced cafe to the 4th road side parking on d10. On pic.Bit hairy in places, glad it wasn’t busy. Its doable. Took a picnic walked down to the river and the family spent all day jumping in the plunge pools, some are 25’ deep and sliding down the natural flumes. Don’t worry about where your going just explore and you’ll soon find out where to go and what to do and that this is an amazing place. You’ll need swimwear and although we just walked bare foot up and down the gorge I would recommend grippy trainers. One of the best days out ever.
  • Beautiful place. Nice drive and walk down to the water. Fresh water for a cooling down when needed. Try to go when the sun will be overhead as it is quickly blocked out by the surrounding cliffs later in the summer days. Would definitely go again. Take a good picnic and wear swimming shoes. Kids will love it.
