Create an itinerary including Plage de Santa Giulia
With pearly white powder-soft sands and an aquamarine sea, Plage de Santa Giulia is sure to take your breath away. The large lagoon-style sea is quite calm and shallow, allowing you to wade out to the small reef areas. The dazzling colors alone are amplified by the surrounding mountains and pines tree forests. As dazzling as any Caribbean beach, this is a paradise for water sport enthusiasts too. You can paddle a kayak in the knee-deep water, or hire a snorkeling guide to bring you out to the reef at the south side of the crescent.

As an ideal beach for small children, this area gets quite crowded so it's a good idea to arrive early for a prime spot. In the center of the beach is a bar restaurant with plenty of shade; a quieter bar is located on the northern end of the beach. • The nicest and best beach in Corsica. We really enjoyed. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

  • We expected more since we visited palombaggia. Santa Giulia is long but narrow beach so we hardly found our spot. We were located in front of some mobile homes and it was really bad smell I guess from the toilettes. The water was clear and shallow, so is perfect for small kids. But a lot of grass in the water and on the beach. Parking lot is 5min away walking and it costs us 5€ per whole day.
  • Long Nice beach500m from patking. Keep left to the Parking 5€ / restaurant charge for 10€ (discount 10€ if you go to the restaurant) I recommend to parking on the main road or opposite of the main road which is 500m walk to the beach as well
  • Water is shallow and clear, sand is white. Bay is beautiful and the ship can’t come close. So why just 3 out of 5? The grade is lowered by the August crowd, but hey, this is the time i am here. It is super busy. There’s also quite a bit of seaweeds that reduce the amount of available beach. They also smell quite a lot. If you’re going in the paid part of it, just disregard this, they keep it pretty clean and they look gorgeous. Another minus is the parking, the closest to the beach costs 20€!!! TWENTY!!! There are cheaper options with nice pals (search for the 5€ one on google map, there’s a 5’ walk on a nice path). Overall, there are FAR better options. Balistra, petit Sperone, Stagnolu and even Rondinara.
  • Clear water, cute bars & a lot of parking space. Many people, even in october - but we had enough space. Perfect with little kids!
  • Beautiful beach, good for swimming & hanging out. Nevertheless peak holiday & peak day times should be avoided in order to get a less crowded experience.
