Protestant Church of St. Peter the Younger
Built from 1031 to 1053, Protestant Church of St. Peter the Younger is the site of a Merovingian chapel. You can still see the base of the bell tower, porch, and a number of walls from the original Romanesque building. Be sure to view the 14th-century frescoes, the tribune, and the cloister, where the remains of 11th-century columns can still be admired. The cloister has three galleries in the Romanesque and Gothic styles, with more than 90 tombstones and epitaphs dating back to the 14th to 18th centuries. Though heavily restored, many people consider this the oldest preserved cloister north of the Alps. A beautiful church tucked away in Strausberg. While not as large as the notre dame de Strausberg, there are beautifully painted frescoes all along the walls. It is a beautifully detailed church and definitely worth visiting if you have the time. Entry is free so definitely give it a look!
-
In front erect statue of Charles de Foucauld who was a French soldier, explorer, geographer, ethnographer, Catholic priest and hermit who born In Strasbourg. Saint-Pierre-le-Jeune Catholic Church a very old church that began Catholic but converted to Protestantism later in life.

Even the smell is that of something quite old. It gave off more aged vibes than the Notre Dame Cathedral, probably because it was much more degraded. The details were breathtaking and the air of the place guides your attention to the front. Truly a wonderful sight and experience that must be had by anyone who loves history.
-
Medieval Church having lot of artwork inside. You can visit the Church from inside as well.

The one common thing about most churches cathedrals and closers in Europe is that they are prestigious and awe inspiring. The are perfect. This church shows it age and in doing so radiates a beauty like no other. Your know you are on holy ground that many feet have passed over. It is not just another grande church, it is special.
