    Informative- does not dumb down with some rather spooky and rather touching recreations of life around Tautavel around 500 000 years ago. We liked the building and the staff were great

    Really good museum, with some information having English translations, but French information quite easy to understand.

    A museum with employees hired by acquaintance and by other dirty ways. Incompetent employees, without diplomas, without intellect, who have no openness and culture. Not evolved people with very narrow horizons. Truly, a village museum. I know this because I had a girl friend with a doctorate in prehistory on the Neandethal man (Max Planck Institute), a real researcher, and wanted to do an internship there. Out of jealousy and meanness there, she was not accepted.

    Don't waste your time and money, nothing but fragment bones of prehistoric lions and goat. Reproduction of the cave is even nothing interesting
