    Don't get me wrong this is exactly my kind of thing and should have been great. However after leaving the car park over a small bridge and then quite a steep climb back and forth up the hill besides.....  more

    This was an excellent hike. Lots of criss crossing the river below on metal boardwalks, walking along paths that have literally been carved out of the vertical cliff face, as you steadily climb the valley, until you finally emerge on alpine pastures. This is where we stopped, but you can keep going to a refuge and then on again into Spain. I will definitely be going back here. An amazing place.

    Amazing experience, more than 25km of walking but it was funny and full of suprises, I met new people there and enjoyed the amazing natural paysage.. Before going down, it started raining 🌧 haha And that was in all the way down to to parking. We just protected our phones and continued our journey. It worth it 👌. It's better to plan for two days because one day is not good. ;)

    Beautiful! The Canyon offers spectacular hiking opportunities. You can walk on both sides into the canyon and do a round trip. There's several adventurous elements along the hike and the river forms little pools so that you can definitely take a swim here in summer.

    Attention !!! I agree with all the others that this hike is breathtaking, BUT please consider the following advise : when you need to decide in the beginning to cross the bridge on the right hand side or to just go straight, I strongly advise not to go straight. It is extremely dangerous, I could just do it half way and i doubt it can be done without professional equipment... So, just cross the bridge in the beginning of the gorge and you will have a nice trip with lots of adrenaline!

    Superb walk. Exciting walkways and bridges. 11k about over 5 hours with so many picture stops. Brilliant.
