Service certainly satisfactory, but very disappointing welcome. I live abroad and therefore cannot go to the workshop every two months, which means that I cannot benefit from hair removal, and see myself receiving increased billing. The performance did not even last the corresponding 30 minutes, but 15 timed minutes, and the discussion was unfortunately very closed with the staff. The latter is not at all attentive, applies the electronic tariffs mechanically and devoid of humanity. The manager does not even speak directly to the customers. I can only speak for myself, but I will not go back there, and will not advise relatives to go there.

Very good experience. The place is well maintained. Punctuality was there. The tips for my henna brow were great. I really recommend the Versailles workshop.
