As usual here in Normandy, the beach is covered in pebbles rather than sand, however it's a pretty setting with huge limestone cliffs in the background...very windy when we were here, hold on to your.... more

Enjoyed a relaxing afternoon on this pebble beach. We found it easiest to park just outside the village and walk down onto the beach.

Lovely beach - sand at low tide and pebbles above the tide line. Great for swimming and sandcastles. Lovely views of the cliffs. Play area and splash park for children too. Good toilet facilities.

Lovely place but crowded at the harbour parking. We could easily free park at the memorial parking and had a nice walk to the city centre/shore side. It was fun to see the smallest river of France into the sea.

Pleasant place to relax and enjoy the view. Does have sand but not a lot. It's better when tide is low. Children's play area, plenty of seating and an expensive bar/cafe close. Very short walk to village centre to enjoy more.

Don't be mistaken this is NOT a sandy beach. You can only see the sand during low tide. The public toilets were not working. Other than that nice views from the coastal viewpoints.

Great beach and boulevard. The pebbles and rocks can be a bit painful, but other than that, it's a wonderful place. In the weekend you can buy fish and oysters straight from the fishermen.

Super location! Very quiet and nice. Nearby is good parking where you can stop and take a walk to the beach. Just relax.
