The Six Passengers, Avatoru

I had great dives with Cyril at the Tiputa Pass. Will not forget the image of this huge school of barracudas circling around our bubbles. Diving with the 6 passengers is safe, professional, fun and their location is absolutely beautiful. Just make sure to book your dives some time in advance, they're pretty busy. Their lunch is incredible btw and Cynthia from the reception is just lovely and a true sunshine.

Great diving experience. All the dive guides are so competent! I dove multiple days with them at the beautiful Tiputa Pass. All the people at the dive center starting from Cynthia, Pauline, Jimmy etc etc are SOOO nice and funny, and there’s a great vibe generally. We saw dolphins, turtles multiple species of sharks almost every day! The restaurant at the dive center serves good food every day at lunch time between the 2nd and the 3rd dive. Amazing experience!

Excellent dive operation but also friendly divemasters and a fun place to hang out. With my family I did 11 dives over 4 days and had the chance to dive with Jimmy, Jean Louis, Cyril, and Celine. They were all great. Knowledgeable, supportive, and fun. We felt safe at all times but also not unnecessarily constrained. The operation is smooth. The gear is good. Only did so many dives because they had nitrox. Plenty of good (shaded) space to hang out for surface time and to enjoy the lunches from the onsite kitchen. And yes, the dives in Tiputa Pass were awesome--endless sharks, dolphins a few times, and plenty of other great marine life.

Great dive shop! I had four dives with them, all different instructors and all went well. Friendly group, well run shop, nice area to lounge between dives. Just a five minute boat ride to Tiputa pass. Easy pickup and drop off from Kia Ora lobby. All French dive team of course, but they explained the dive plan in English to me. Will use again!

Excellent dive center, among the best I've been to. We dove with Cyril and Jean-Louis, both of whom fostered a nice ambiance, made us feel safe, and found beautiful sea creatures. The gear is relatively new and in good condition (although the knees on the wetsuits tend to be a bit beat up). There's plenty of space to hang out between dives as well as a nice snack for lunch. Highly recommend.
