I have known Ron Hall and his family at 'Ron Hall Pearls' since 1982 Since then I have visited the Hall family around 6 to 8 times, they latest being November 2017, every time they have improved on their facilities, quality of pearls and expert advice concerning not only the stunning Tahitian 'Black' Pearls as well as the knowledge of the Island of Moorea. Highly recommended for their FREE pickup/drop off from Hotels or Ships and of course their exquisite range of Tahitian 'Black' Pearls! They also have the expert knowledge of their products and will help with your selection without any pressure whatsoever! They speak an assortment of languages including Tahitian, French, Australian, American, Canadian and German and also English! The shop is located on the edge of beautiful Cook's Bay!

If your are looking for great pearls with even better service then go no further than Ron Hall Pearls. When I went into the shop looking for a present, I was greeted by Vaitiare who was welcoming and genuine. She took the time to explain all about Tahitian pearls through her pearl school which was very valuable in learning all about pearls and where they come from. I can not recommend this shop enough to anyone wanting friendly, genuine service and amazing pearls and jewellery. Thank you for taking the time with me to find the right pearl for me. I love it.

This place is FANTASTIC! The hospitality at this place is through the roof! I can't say enough good things about it! They made my wife and I feel like family, and it never felt like they were trying to sell us something. Ron's daughter was running the store and she was one of the nicest people we have met throughout our whole trip! They will pick you up and drop you off with pleasure. They have a range in price to fit whatever you are looking for! There are many pearl shops throughout Moore'a, but none of them are like this! If you’re on Moorea and considering buying any black pearl jewelry, you have to start with Ron Hall Tahitian Pearls. They will pick you up from your hotel and give you a complete tutorial on how the pearls are formed as well as what to look for when evaluating the pearls. Vaitiare Hall was as generous with her time and impressive expertise as she was patient. My wife and I took our time, to say the least. We finally found our Perfect Piece and could not be happier. I’ll finish by noting that twice on that first day my wife was wearing her necklace, she received completely random compliments; one of which was from a staff member at our hotel’s pearl boutique. Do yourself a favor: check this place out.
