It is well worth finding the Cathedral and spending a little time enjoying the beautiful interior. It is not a large building but it is wonderfully decorated and not dark and oppressive. The gardens.... more

This didn't appear to be a particularly ancient cathedral. When I visited it was beginning to get dark and I needed to get back to Tbilisi, so just had a quick look. I don't think it was open at that.... more

Nice cathedral, but don´t expect nothing special; go to Mtskheta instead! The gardens are very well kept!
