  • Thank you Mariami for being the best tour guide ever. She showed us the cave and explained very well the process and the techniques. She also had a great sense of humour! We loved the tour and we hope to be back again soon to this lovey place. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Loved this place and the musical performance outside. The wine tasting was excellent and we had bread and cheese. You also get to learn the history of wine making in Georgia and to see the tools they traditionally used. A few things you might to keep in mind before going: Be sure to bring a sweater or hoodie. If you forget they have red blankets. It is a little dusty inside since it is a wine cellar, so if you’re allergic to dust (like me), take your anti histamines before you go.
  • Great winery tour with wine testing. Interesting history of wine industry in Georgia. Also have the small classes of how to cook georgian local dishes.
  • This is a nice place to visit to soak up a bit of Georgia's recent wine making history. There are a few packages, but for 16 GEL you get a brief tour and history on the tunnels and winemaking followed by a tasting of 2 of their qvevri made wines. Qvevri is a clay vessel where they store and age their wines the traditional Georgian way. Being in contact for a longer duration with the skins of the grapes, the wine tends to be dry and full of character. They've got classic wines as well, aged in oak casks which can carry sweeter profiles. We took the elevator up to their restaurant on the mountainside which overlooks the whole estate.
  • You can only visit a small part of the tunnel. It is still impressive. At the end of the small part of the tunnel, there is a museum kind of exhibition to show you Georgian way of winemaking. Dont forget, you are not visiting a winery. It is a wine cave. Enjoy
