  • The top floor has the history of the Soviet occupation and it not to be missed. The rest of the museum is also well curated and well signed in English so one can easily understand the many exhibits...

  • Beautiful collection of the ancient art of creating golden jewelry. The best part of the museum and incredible collection worth spending an hour to admire all the intricate details.

  • Don't miss the top floor, with its exhibition of modern Georgian history and the Russian occupations. The gold pieces in the basement are fascinating, exquisitely worked millenia ago.

  • A relatively small museum in my opinion. For me personally, it had some very interesting exhibits such as the Soviet Occupation of Georgia. The price for an student is less than 1GEL which is a great price and definitely worth it. Adult ticket is 15 GEL and I felt less worth it. All exhibits contain information in English and provide a lot of information.
  • It was okay, if you like to walk around. The ticket price for adults is 30 GEL which is a rip off to my honest opinion. Every other regional museum has more to offer, there were 3 floors, second one was in a poor condition. Fun fact the best renovated part was the 3rd floor of the Russian occupation. Tours were not available at my visit, and they do not have audio guides. So main question "Can you skip this place?" "Definitely Yes"
  • Amazing and really interesting museum, there you can see about history of Georgia. A lot expositions about national culture and clothes, nature, animal world, treasures and museum kommunist occupation on the 3 floor. Definitely recommend to visit to know more about Georgian nation and their history.
  • Overall the museum was interesting, spread across 3-/+ floors. It was very hot and stuffy a little. But lots of historic pathological artifacts and the evolution of humans. It’s a great place for teens and young adults. You can finish your tour within 30-45 minutes. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to take photos, and that’s the fun 🤩 art of exploring for me. Making Memories and documenting the process digitally.
  • A museum with very interesting collections through a 3 story building: arqueological, natural history, Georgian history and other art exhibitions make this museum a must-to-visit while in Georgia. It is very well designed, with a great balance between information and visual beauty of the dioramas and the different items on display.
