Cologne Central Mosque, Cologne

Very beautiful…and it felt so breezy there even though it’s hot summer outside. The restaurants area downstairs is cozy too. Also, There is underground parking lot (doesn’t cost much), so no need to worry to find a place to park our car.

Probably one of the biggest mosques in Europe. Beautiful architecture. Gets very crowded specially on Fridays as people from other nearby countries also come to pray. There is a food court and small shops on the ground floor as well.

Beautiful mosque with great architectural design. One of the largest mosque in Germany and in Europe too. Wide space for performing salat. Interior design and color combinations are extraordinary, specially the lighting and the carpet looks beautiful. You can take Wudu next to the left side of the mosque. Proper arrangements are available there. There are some shops are available close to the mosque. In Ramadan you can take your own Iftar and sit in the canteen and eat it.

This is the largest mosque in Germany. The architectural beauty of this turkish mosque is celestial. Also the tilawat is extremely soothing. There are some shops near the mosque where you can find some Islamic things along with coffee and other stuffs.

Beautiful mosque inside and out. Underground parking available. There are a variety of shops selling food, books and clothing. Toilet facilities were clean. Only critical point would be the structure of the interior and the fact that the womens area is very visible from the mens side.
