Create an itinerary including Kunsthofpassage
Step off the main street into Kunsthofpassage, and enter a magical space that transports you far from the city, at least for a brief moment. Five small courtyards make up the area, a project completed in 2001 by a small group of artists and architects. Wander through the group of quirky, colorful buildings, each with its own style. Stop into an alternative restaurant or cafe along the way, or pick up a handcrafted souvenir at one of the little workshops. Check online for events. Plan to see Kunsthofpassage and other attractions that appeal to you using our Dresden itinerary maker site.

  • This a unique at passage in the Neustadt of Dresden. You can see unusual art on the buildings, visit little art stores, tea shops, and other unique stores and restaurants.

  • Take the time to visit this backyard location filled with small shops and cafés. Great rebuild of several atriums with art, color, architecture, water, and lots of love for detail.

  • The little alleyways with art, restaurants, and shops were very cute and hip. The neighborhood surrounding it was a tad dicey. During the day it's fine, but I would be quite nervous walking around at night.
  • Located in the area of the city called Neustadt, this place offers some shops, a café and art. Really interesting to visit. It is located about 15- 20 minutes away from the city center (take tram 11).
  • Very cozy place, with some coffees, galerie and little shops. On sundays there are open only coffee, but it is ok. But some of them do not accept paying by card (ATM is at the entrance to the passage from Görlitzer street, for example). The streets around this passage are like little Berlín:-)
  • One of the nicest places of Dresden, hidden gem in the new city. Other that being estethically very peculiar and nice there are also nice shops and coffee places. Easy to reach walking from the city centre crossing the bridge, about 2.5 km, but it's a nice walk crossing the city. Definitely to put on the list of the to does if you have one day in the city
  • Definitely a must-visit place in Dresden! The atmosphere here is amazing, so many beautiful buildings, little shops and cafes/pubs. I’d like to come back in summer and enjoy the warm summer evening here :)
