  • Wonderful garden to visit any time of the year. In particular, outside of the tourist season, it is very peaceful. Don't forget to walk up to the vineyards.

  • Cycling or a river cruise is probably the best way of reaching the castle. It is huge and hosts a number of exhibitions. The gardens and parkland add to the enormity of the complex. Highly recommended

  • Lovely castle with a beautiful garden You can walk here for hours For the garden you don't have to pay but if you want to visit any of the many buildings then you have to buy a ticket witch is quite cheap 8€ I will highly recommend it
  • Only the outside part and Garden area is amazing. Not many stuff inside. Most of them already gone and many of them are Chinese stuff. When I were there there was art exhibition inside the castle and I think it was bad idea, cose I could not enjoy the room tour with many modern art stuff inside.
  • The place is magical ! I visited during mew years and it was so beautiful that it made me emotional ! Although i’m sure that it is as magic as it was that day and the rest days of the year ! It’s like it come out of a fairytale ! Totally suggest you to visit the next time you are in Dresden !! And make sure you wear something cute to take some amazing pictures at the most beautiful spots there ! 🙏🏻
  • The views were nice especially on the river bank. As it was winter, the lawns and trees were fairly barren and I am sure they would look very nice in spring.
  • Beautiful castle, great garden and the Elbe views. Absolutely nice. Must visit.
