Best place to be on a Weekend evening. Super cool to walk along the side of the river, catch something to drink & eat, have an beer or ice cream on the benches places . Well kept. Lot of restaurants and places to sit outside. Summer time evenings are most amazing.

Absolutely good place for walk around and good opportunity to have sight seeing. You can see the good examples of architectural types and different buildings. Colourful and funny building along the river including cozy places

A beautiful view over the river Rhine, over the Rheinturm. Beautiful, long place, perfect for walking or sports. There is also space for bicycles .... this is Heaven here in Düsseldorf. I really like this city, this Promenade next to the river Rhein.

One of the best places in Düsseldorf. Great scenery especially at night. It is a lovely spot to hangout with friends. There are shops that serves drinks, but their prices are more expensive than kiosk. On the other hand, if you don't want to sit you walk along the river. On weekends, there are a lot of people dancing salsa which is great to watch.

Excellent walking path and green space along the banks of the Rhine. Parking is easy in the nearby garage, and there’s tons of shops and food in the downtown walking district. We used this as a pit stop during a road trip. You get the scenery of the architecture and the open area of the river banks—there’s also a floating Biergarten and river boats going by.
