Marktplatz, Goslar

Lovely authentic German Market Square. Architecture on the buildings was amazing. We arrived at same time as town clock hit Midday 12:00. Definitely worth a look. Clock performance was second to none. Plenty of Restaurant's in the square spoilt for choice, clean as you would expect. Will definitely be visiting Goslar again. Beautiful historic town.

Beautiful authentic German village. Buildings are old but architecturally amazing. You can walk around the narrow paths and observe the true German village culture.

If you want fairy tales in reality - go to Goslar. There, every house has a personal story through the ages, and the Market Square is a ready-made decoration for any beautiful fairy tale move. This is an incredible place!

Nice place to visit. We were here when we were walking through the city centre in Goslar. This place is also famous for the clock (as you can se in picture) videos in der. Unfortunately the weather was bad (very windy) when we visited, so the door of the clock were not opened. The whole market square also looks nice, with cafes and restaurants as well.

Nice old square. Very beautiful in Christmas, where there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany. Unfortunately, with the pandemic it has not been a Christmas market since December 2019. Hopefully this year we will have again one...
