Wow! Worth a visit for everyone. Again, you can't take any pics inside but plenty of photo ops outside of the castle and the surrounding scenery. My advice is get there as early as possible, past 10am it gets ridiculously busy. Tickets are timed so it's all very orderly. You can walk up to the castle, but I'd suggest taking the bus from the car park, you can then walk off to the right and go on the bridge, it's then a 5 min walk up to the castle. There's a shop, loos and lockers for bags. There are also loos once you're into the main courtyard. As of Aug '22 you need to wear a mask inside, but they do sell them at the info desk for €2 each. After you can walk down the hill or take a horse drawn cart (€4ea) but it takes the same amount of time. Plenty of options for eating and drinking around the car park. If you walk along the road past the car park, with it on your right, you'll be treated to an amazing blue lake nestled amongst mountains. Stunning.

Great tour and wonderful visit. We thoroughly enjoyed both the inside space and outside. Well maintained and ran like clockwork. I would advise anyone to buy their tickets online ahead of time - we purchased our tickets weeks in advance.

Bring a swimsuit 👙🩲 to swim in the lake after the tour! An impressive castle on the inside, and a nice exterior view especially from the lake. The forced guided tour only shows you a fraction of the castle 🏰 but it's enough to get a sense of how the knights and royalty lived here.

We could not enter the castles, but the town they are located in is fascinating. The streets, the square, the buildings, the nature are unspoiled, every corner smells of history. Let me inform those who want to visit, you need to buy a ticket to enter the castles, you can buy a ticket for a single castle or you can buy a combined ticket and visit all the castles and museums. The point you should pay attention to is that the tickets are running out around 10:00, you need to come earlier and get your ticket. I couldn't enter the castles because I missed the ticket time, but being in that environment was still satisfying. You can have a pleasant time on a free weekend, I recommend it.

A beautiful, but pretty small castle. We were there on a very foggy day, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the views there. We could only enjoy the interior of the castle, which is nice, but we could barely hear the guide speaking. It was a nice experience and I wish to come back one day on a clear weather to enjoy the views other people describe.
