    Not enough words to recommend this place. Nice to see a WW11 wheel lathe converted to CNC, still doing what it was designed for over 70 years later. Go to the open morning, unbelievable value.

    A long wish has come true, first visit and enthusiastic. Very interesting to visit everything, not only the locomotives but also the individual departments are worth seeing, who is interested in them. I would love to come back next year.

    A very nice concert performed by the Meininger Hofkapelle. A great ambience in the middle of the many locomotives and the workshop. Everything was so harmonious. The organization of the Dampflokfreunde super. The next 2024 we come 100%

    A very nice day and interesting news about the steam locomotive. A very nice party organized by the factory. Many dealers and interest groups presented themselves. Of course it doesn't work without Thuringian sausages. Several stands with Thuringian specialties and drinks rounded off the whole thing. For me a wonderful day and very good conversations. Gladly again. The arrival with the special steam train from Leipzig was great.
