    Easy to find tourist information, very friendly service - and there are also some souvenirs to take home. However, we had booked a city tour there that wasn't really what it promised. I would have liked to hear a little more about the city itself, but instead I experienced it mostly in a kind of frontal lecture about princes and artists whose names I couldn't even place in chronological order. When asked when they lived, the answer was "about 320 years ago, i.e. in the 19th century". Wikipedia answered most of my other questions.
