BMW World comprises of the museum, the BMW world and showrooms, event locations, restaurants (including a three star) and many more. The actual headquarters (pictured) are a Munich icon and landmark. Definitely worth a visit. Overall (including the Olympic Stadium, Tower, and Village) a must see and worthwhile spending a day. Especially for photographers.

I own a BMW 335i convertible Rego CNO 56C on the 24th October my ABS brake warning light came on this was very serious so I rang BMW Sydney I was advised that they could not look at my car until February next year 2023 and that I would have to leave my car there for one week, I do not know why they call it a service department when there is no service. This is not the first time that I have received appalling service look up my last review. I would never buy another BMW after this appalling lack of service. There is an alternative I rang up BMW Canterbury service department I was asked if I could bring my car in “TODAY” yes that is right “TODAY” not next February next year 2023, that is what I call service. I left my car in the hands of Mark; he was able to have my car finished within four days after waiting for parts to come in from Melbourne, not a week later. If you are looking for service and good value for money, just ask for Mark you will be left in good hands a five-star service. If you are having the same trouble as I, take your car to Canterbury BMW Service Department, they are dedicated to proving a five-star service each time, they value their customers and relationships for a return of business, they can be assured by me that I am only a phone call away when I need service, just like my last experience at Canterbury BMW Service Department look up that review The service manager at Canterbury BMW does a great job and runs a great department and provides exceptional service to his customers. The manager at Sydney BMW service department could do with some of his training on how to provide exceptional service to their customers and how to run a department providing great customer service and experience each time. It is frustrating to find a big company like Sydney BMW service department to be run like this. I feel like writing to BMW Germany headquarters to let them know how bad their premier service department has been run at Sydney BMW I am sure it not the way that they would want it to be run and that they could do better. It leaves them with a bad reputation around town for the lack of service to their valued customers.

I have BMW X2 2018 model 17UA876 car and it is only 33.000 km, ı ALREADY BOUGHT 4 years guarantee nothing happened but last 2 weeks it has been sitting in BURMOT servis Bursa, due to waiting info from German Technicians. what sohuld be done, but BORUSAN or BMW headcenter service did not give me a spare car too. That's really ridicilous for BMW brand name,. For God's sake, you left me without a car. I've passed this, and the vehicle has not done any more km. What is the gearbox problem? I also had the warranty extension done, there is no issue for 4 years, the extended warranty ends, the vehicle gives an incredible error in the gearbox! There is no replacement vehicle. This issue does not suit the BMW brand. There is no problem with BURMOT. What will I do with a new vehicle under warranty, and how much more will you make me suffer!
