  • Attended the museum. Lots of walking, extremely clean…but disappointed that some of the displays were not open.

  • We spent the whole morning here and loved it. There's something for everyone and many things are hands on. Many items are local to the history of Germany or Munich.

  • Perfect for kids 3-8! Amazing museum on mobility, with lots of bikes, cars, trams, racing cars and trains on exhibition. Among other things, kids get to try out a car simulator, there's a lot to do. I'd plan 2-3h for my visit. A family ticket is €17, which is fair. Easy 5/5. 💯
  • What an amazing museum, and a lot for only €12!! The building has three large rooms, containing an sorts of exhibits on German transport, including cars, motorcycles, bicycles, buses, trams and trains. Detailed descriptions of each item presented in German and English. Lots of different things to see, I would highly recommend. We spent about 3 hours here but if you had children it could take longer, there is a play area too.
  • We made a visit to the transport section of the museum. It was elaborate and informative. The entire museum could be accessed through wheel chairs with ramps and elevators. There is a small area for refreshments ie coffee, cold drinks, chips, etc from the wedding machine in Halle 2. Overall, a good place for kids and adults to be enlightened.
  • A brilliant collection of vehicles, many of which I had never seen before - both new and old! Kept in pristine condition and with lots of information about each one. Definitely worth a visit for €8.
  • Amazing museum on transportation: bikes, motorcycles, cars, trains, street cars, carriages, buses, trams. Amazing history and artifacts in this museum. They also have a hall specifically for children. I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this when visiting Munich. So much to see and enjoy.
