Very informative tour guide. Only spoken in German though. It would have been nice to hear an English version. Maybe through headphones. Just a suggestion.

i loved my days here in Meyer Werft. Meyer Werft is one of the biggest ship building yard in the world. The facility has one of the best in the world. They built ships for hundreds of years already. Official ship maker of NCL and AIDA Cruises back in 2013 but im not sure right now. Pictures are way back 2013. Wish i could visit the place again one day.

Very interesting tour, you get to learn about the history of this fantastic warf. You can also watch the people work on new cruise ships which will make you feel very humble in close vicinity of such majestic ships. A must visit!

The tour through the Meyer Weft is well presented, and gives insight into how one of the world's most progressive and foremost builders of massive cruise liners "puts" these together and then ships then a long way through a vary narrow channel before reaching open sea / harbour. The massive hangars host these ships before they leave the yard to be interior-fitted. Since this is Papenburg's lifeline you obviously have to book a visit!

Unforgettable experience when i visited the shipyard as a crew of a new built ship. Busy workers everywhere and safety precautions were highly observed.
