Agios Prokopios Beach, Agios Prokopios

One of the best Greek Islands beaches! Nice and long and wide as well. Plenty of room to spread out if you want to. Many umbrellas and chairs but also wide open spaces as well. Nice sand and not rocky at all. We paid 20 euro for 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Look around as prices will vary.

This is honestly the best beach I have been to in naxos (and I also visited agia Anna, mikri vigla and Panermos). Super close to the main village, and there are many amenities around. A lot of places where you can rent the sun beds and umbrella at very different prices (from 60€ of El Greco, to 15€ of the places on the right of El greco). I’d really advise to have a walk around to chose your preferred one. It tends to get pretty crowded as it’s also the most famous beach.

Agios Prokopios is probably the most beautiful beach over ever been to. There’s a stretch of beach and loads of small clusters of sun beds to choose from. I chose the crochet ones cause it reminded me of my grandmother. You can sit on the first 2 lines of sun beds for €25 or the rest of the rows are €20 so not cheap but lovely and clean. The sea is amazing and clear, beautiful crystal blue but be warned it’s very cold! All the beaches in Naxos are cold but once you’re on its fine - so don’t be put off (free ice baths over here! Ha!) Loved loved loved.

Beautiful beach calm waters even if windy so many choices of beach chairs which cost between 10 Euro to 30 euro depending where you sit.. it’s all day

A large and wide beach with plenty of parking spaces. Most sunbeds are quite old and battered, but otherwise not expensive at the end of the high season. There are quite a few restaurants around, most of them mediocre, but they do the job for a lunch.
