A beautiful residential neighbourhood. So do keep the noise down, but the views and little alleys are beautiful. Basically just go up when in Plaka and you will find it.

While this is for the most part, decaying buildings. Howe er it is part of Athens. However, it is also the home of numerous interesting restaurants, all with good food.
