  • This is a must see for anyone interested in ancient and recent technology and in anyone interested in ancient Greece. Definitely recommend. There is even an interactive tour with an explanation of how the things worked. The staff is very welcoming, kind and professional. There are some famous and some less known inventions. It doesn't cover everything but it's definitely worth the time and money. I sincerely hope the museum will grow over time. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
  • Amazing museum to learn about ancient greek technology. Really interactive where you can touch and try the equipment for yourself. There is a lot to read but do not fret as the staff are more than happy to show and explain the exhibits and there are many videos and diagrams showing how things worked. We also really enjoyed the music exhibit even though it was much smaller.
  • This is a super cool, interactive style museum that should not be missed! A bit further out to get to, but worth it. This museum covers musical instruments, ancient board games which are precursors to those still played today, weaponry, scientific achievements with hydraulics, medical equipment still in use today etc. It’s a really fascinating glimpse into an ancient culture that valued scientific discovery and laid the foundations (in the West) for future developments and discoveries.
  • Probably the best museum in Athens, you pay 10 euros, but it's worth it. You can explore with interactive models and with the help of guides the ancient Greek technologies and the incredible advancement of that society. I loved the armour exhibition.
  • Museum of Ancient Greek Technology Kotsanas - The photos are taken on September 2022. It is pretty good museum to visit and enjoy your time to see how technology developed and give some ideas to your personal projects. We almost spent 2-3 hours in the museum even though it looks small. There are many things to look at and learn. There are museum members who explains everything with small shows and presentations. It makes more attractive to first time visitors. At the end of the visit, they give you a small game as a gift.
