I want To say thanks for this amazing experience with the Team of chania Diving Info Office 🙏🙏 big Thanks for George and Johanna who was our instractors , they help us a lot , and Show us Everything what we Need and Know for this First Time 👍👍 all Love for this Team , Next Time we see u again . Disclaimer: Three stars is the lowest score I would give to dive shop, unless they actually cause real danger to guests with negligence or disregarding standard guidelines. I had four dives with them. Planned to have six, but after second day decided to do something else instead. I am still novice diver with only 250 dives, but I've seen plenty of dive shops around the world. Part of the criticism is not the fault of guides but more towards the dive center. On first day things were nice. I was only diver with the guide. If I forget the fact that insurances and certificates were not checked everything went fine. ~1h Dives were relaxing and everything worked fine. Car rides to diving place were pretty awful due to old car with no working AC. On the diving "shop" there is just a container with equipment, tables and chairs under net / shade.. So waiting and preparations are done in pretty bad location and conditions. Not a nice experience. There is no towels for divers, which I didn't realise until too late. Not a big thing as such. Second day group sizes were too large. In theory there was two guides for nine divers. In practise once the weakest link was out of air, everyone aborted the dive at ~30min. I felt very disappointed. Luckily I had already seen the site previous day. Guides were helpful and friendly, but I felt that the way this shop is managed leaves some room for improvement. Maybe more European way to run things, but I wouldn't even start to compare service to any Asian site I have dove. Sorry for bad review, but I honestly felt disappointed after last day.

Great diving centre! Very professional and friendly staff. Thank you Dimitri for introducing me to scuba diving! It was the most beautiful experience ever :-) Can't wait to book another holidays in Crete x

This was such a wonderful time! Not only the whole team was extremely kind and funny, but also very professional and full of empathy! I tried scuba before in my life and it wasn't my best experience, but in Crete I decided to give it one more try. Turned out I was panicking a bit when we started to dive, but instructor Joanna was holding my hand (literally) under the water which helped me a lot to break the spell of my first bad experience from the past. I felt so safe and taken care of under the surface that I can't thank Joanna enough for what she's done to me! Efharisto! The whole team doing great, we had cold water and snacks on the boat and the Captain did amazing job too! I can wholeheartedly recommend this diving center!

First let me say we gave this 'company' every opportunity to address our complaints but they first ignored us, and then threatened us once we starting posting reviews. Clearly customer satisfaction is not required as there are plenty more tourists in the sea, so to speak. Let me assure you the pictures you see on here, Facebook, Viator etc are not accurate. Because of this deception it's fair to assume that some positive reviews will be fabricated too. The large white boat with cover seen in all their advertising is not used - only small, exposed rubber dinghies. Likewise the wildlife you see pictured is not present, nobody in our group witnessed a single living creature while at sea. Our biggest problem with this 'experience' was the boat. This was the second day of our holiday and we were white as sheep. Without any form of cover we were completely exposed to the blistering sun for hours, and as such received sunstroke and second degree burns. We couldn't even wrap ourselves in a towel as we were told to lock them in their storage box before departing. Because of this, the rest of our holiday was completely ruined. We had to cancel all the other plans we had and stay in our hotel until such time we could fly home to see a doctor. As if that wasn't bad enough, even the 'experience' itself was complete rubbish. They simply took us out in their toy boat, strapped some flippers to us and dumped us overboard. The 'instructor' (who didn't speak English) did nothing but swim away from us saying 'come, come'. After a while of following him we released we were so far away from the dinghy we couldn't even see it any more, which caused real panic as we were not very strong swimmers and knew it would take all our energy just to get back. We even told him we were in trouble but he just shrugged and swam away. If this isn't enough to put you off, the available 'snacks' they mention on their advertising are literally breadsticks and water. Essentially their advertising is false which is illegal. Based on our time with Chania Diving Center they are dishonest and dangerous, and we cannot advise strongly enough that you avoid.
