Uncharted Escapes, Chania Town

We did the white Mountains tour on sunday and it was amazing! Really nice experience, more than we expected. We passed through off road routes and visited a sheperd hut seeing what is his life. We had lunch in a local taverna, all included in the price . Recommended

I met Thanassi by a trip to the old Olive tree, where he was giving a guided tour to another group on one of their wine and Olive trips. Allready here you could hear that it was a very passionate and knowledgeable guide who loved his work (he had been there since the beginning). And they were driving these awesome 4x4s. So a couple of days later we took a trip to the white mountains, and the company was so nice to put us on a car with Thanassi, who blabbered the entire way about Crete, history, the cretan mentality etc. Very knowledgeable and great experience! Higly reccomend!

What an excellent tour into the depths of the White Mountains in Crete, visiting a traditional coffee shop, shepherd's hut in the wilderness, spectacular views, finishing off with a delicious lunch in a traditional taverna and driving back through the gorge to finish. Jason our driver/tour guide really made the day with his excellent knowledge of the island, it's history and traditions mixed with appropriate humour. Highly recommended.

Today my son and I went on a private tour to the White Mountains. The day went so quickly - our lovely guide Chris was informative and friendly, and the tour encompassed the most spectacular scenery, together with a fantastic lunch in a sleepy village. Although I have lived in Crete for 3 years I learned so much about the island and the Cretans. Thank you Chris for a truly wonderful day.

We had the most amazing boat trip with Manos from Chania to Theodorou Island. Manos made the trip so much fun and we loved seeing the sunset from the comfort of our own boat for the day. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience.
