Little nice church with an nice view and perfect to see the sunset going down behind the mountains. Just need to be very careful on the way there. Some rocks are slippery and pointed.

Probably one of the most beautiful places in Crete. The image of this small chapel in the middle of the sea, reachable only via a narrow dam of stones, is characteristic for Crete. Easily accesible halfway between Rhetymon and Chania, this chapel also stands for the closeness of the inhabitants to the religion. Be sure to visit when you are in this area and enjoy the white beach and the crystal clear water. The chapel is open 24/7 and a sunset in one of the many fine restaurants overlooking the church is unforgettable.

Little chapel which Can be reached only after challenging walk over stony pier. Brave ones who managed are rewarded with view at the town, nearby hills and seaview. Cozy athmosphere allows everyone to stop for moment and take a look inward.
